Setting and breaking industry benchmarks has been the way for us and all the knowledge gained in the process had to be transferred to responsible hands i.e. customers both internal and external. Forbes Pro Academy of Cleaning Science (FACS) was added to the Forbes Pro-CTS bandwagon in July 2011, with the idea of spreading the knowledge of Mechanized Cleaning gained over 20+ years of existence in the cleaning industry. With recognition from ISO with the 9001:2008 certification the academy is verified to having been following all international standards which instills faith in the candidates receiving the knowledge.

Internal Trainings:

To maintain the career progression of an employee, they need to go through constant unlearning and learning processes which is possible due to the formation the training academy. Various modules of training programs are designed to cater to employees with varied experiences.  Hands on experience with the machines and trouble shooting on machine simulations help them understand the machines like the back of their hands. Their confidence in the products is induced into the customers who then start believing the products too. In a nutshell the academy becomes a place where they are rejuvenated with knowledge to deliver the maximum.

External Trainings:
A customer buys a product with the view of getting maximum results from it. Taking care of this aspect of customer requirement, trainings are organized at regular intervals at customer sites to update their knowledge levels regarding the products. In house training programs for customer personnel are also organized where their people are trained with the concepts of the cleaning technology and mechanized cleaning so that they could create a “positive difference” in their workplaces with respect to the cleaning initiatives undertaken by the organization.
